Glassware is shipped directly
from our factory. Insured shipping is included in the purchase price to the
Continental US only. Please call for Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates.
All glassware sales are
final.
Shipping to a residence is
when the product is being delivered to a residential address only.
Shipping to a business means that the product is being delivered to a commercial
or retail location, not a home based business.
You will be notified by
customer service by email when your order has shipped. If an item is
back-ordered, you will be called. We hold orders until all items are ready to
ship. Extra charges apply if separate shipments are required.

Free standard shipping on orders over $50: Delivered in 7 business days.
Insured for loss or damage.
Standard shipping for orders less than $50 = $4.95: Delivered in 7-10 business
days. Not insured for loss or damage. Delivery confirmation only. No exceptions
to this policy will be considered.
Insured shipping for orders less than $50 = $10: Insured for loss or damage and
delivered in 7 business days.
Returns must be preauthorized WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING SHIPMENT by calling
1-800-590-4970 or send an email to
info@coutureweddingdecor.com. Returned goods arriving in damaged
condition will not be refunded.
